As an Editorial Team Lead, you’ll guide and support a market-specific editorial team, ensuring smooth workflows, content quality, and team efficiency. This role sits between upper management and editorial staff, meaning you’ll have a direct impact on optimizing processes and helping your team perform at their best.

In this role, you’ll work closely with both your team and other departments, ensuring structured communication, problem-solving operational challenges, and keeping editorial standards high.

You’ll have a say in shaping how Simply.TV operates and where you can best contribute to a fast-growing scale-up in the entertainment industry.

Why You'll Do

• Lead & Support – Mentor your editorial team, help set priorities, and oversee day-to-day workflows.

• Optimize Processes – Improve efficiency, solve workflow bottlenecks, and ensure quality standards are met.

• Data & Performance – Monitor contributions, address workload distribution, and provide structured feedback to editors.

• Collaboration – Work with ingest teams, tech teams, and customer-facing departments to ensure market needs are met.

• Communication – Act as the link between your team and upper management, keeping everyone aligned on priorities.

What We Expect:

• Fluent in English.

• Comfortable making decisions and setting priorities.

Bonus:

• Experience in editorial workflows, content operations, or metadata is a plus but not a must.

• Languages: Eastern European, Mediterranean, Benelux, APEC languages—the more, the merrier!
