We’re looking for an experienced editorial professional to lead our German market operations. This role combines your knowledge of content and metadata with your ability to lead and motivate a team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring the German editorial team

• Overseeing day-to-day content curation and metadata quality

• Acting as the go-to person for quality assurance and operational flow

• Collaborating with product and customer teams to continuously improve quality

What we’re looking for:

• Native or fluent German speaker (German native preferred)

• Proven background in editorial or media/TV industry

• Experience in leading teams and managing workflows

• Passion for entertainment, data, and localization

• Based outside Germany – Madrid preferred
