Simply.TV metadata launches in Australia and New Zealand

Simply.TV - The Global Metadata Leader - today announced its launch in the Australian, New Zealand, and LATAM markets after the recent success in Europe where more than 100 TV operators and broadcasters have teamed up for best-in-class EPG, super-aggregation of streaming catalogues as well as sports metadata. This move is part of Simply.TV's expansion strategy to offer global customers a one-stop shop but also to offer market-leading data solutions based on best editorial practices coupled with AI and ML to keep up with the rapid changes in the media and entertainment industry.

In line with this expansion, Simply.TV appointed Ernest Ng as the Senior Vice President for the ANZ markets, effective 3 July 2023. With his background as the former Regional Director at Gracenote, Ernest brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Ernest will be based in Sydney, Australia and will work alongside the executive team of Simply.TV. He will be leading the commercial client and partnership relationships in the region.
